Teej

Alternate Text;

ROWA, Delhi celebrated the Teej function with great pomp and grandeur. Senior and young women engaged heartily in the festivities at the occasion, which was an informal get-together. The ROWA president gave a speech at the beginning of the celebration, wishing the members a happy Teej and urging them to unite and support one another.

The program was fun filled with lot of dances, music and entertainment. From the traditional and folk music of Thane Kajaliyo Banalyu , Ghoomer and Sasural Genda phool to the musical remixes of Jhumka Gira re, Sajna hai Mujhe to Galla Goodiya, all stunning ladies danced to the songs with latkas and jhatkas and thumkas. They played the games with childlike innocence and took home lots of goodies. Gajra, mehndi, jhoola, and a variety of delectable foods were all part of the festivities.

The ROWA President officially launched the organisation’s website, which will highlight all ROWA's events as well as the skills and accomplishments of all its members. Beautiful and vibrant return presents were given to the members.

The Teej event was more than simply a get-together; it served as a venue for the group's members to unite, celebrate their individual abilities, and get to know one another as a prelude to honouring sisterhood and forming new relationships.
