Under the aegis of ROWA, Health camps were organized in 30 cities across the country. These health camps were for the benefit of all non-gazetted women officials, contractual women staff and spouses of male Group C staff members of the Income Tax department. Along with health checkup, talks by Doctors to create awareness ...about women health issues were also organized. Health mela provided health education, early detection/diagnosis of diseases and free health care services. More than 2000 women took benefit of these camps.
These camps were held in Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhuvaneshwar, Vijayawada, Bhopal Ahmedabad, Kanpur, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Panjima, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Rohtak, Panchkula, Tirupati, Ranchi, Shillong, Vadodara, Agra, Dehradun, Noida, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Allahabad, Kochi, Patna.

Revenue Officers’ Women’s Association (ROWA), has been an organization of service to our community, and I am honored to serve as its President. I warmly greet and congratulate each and every ROWA member for being a part of this thriving group of empowered women. Since 1995, ...ROWA has made significant progress in its mission to embrace and celebrate sisterhood by building friendship, solidarity, and understanding among the officers and their families via meaningful dialogue and various social and cultural activities. Through projects large and small, ROWA has accomplished many goals and it fills my heart with pride to see ROWA bloom year after year. ROWA has been supporting endeavors for various causes, including social welfare, cultural and recreational to ensure a holistic development of the officers and their families.
